Can I refreeze my patisserie?
Once your product has been defrosted it should not be refrozen. For all information regarding the storage of your cake, please see our guide to freezing and defrosting.
What are the date stamps for?
There are 2 date stamps. 1 on the back of the box and 1 on the bottom of the box
The date stamp on the back label of the inner box is the shelf life given to your product if you defrost it on the day it arrives to you.
If you prefer to keep it in the freezer for a later date, that is no problem as long as it is still frozen. It will keep up to 3 months in the freezer, there is a date stamp on the bottom of the box with the products 3 months freezer shelf life on it.
When you are ready to consume it, you will need to defrost it and keep it in the fridge. It will keep 4-6 days once defrosted in the fridge.

Where are The Patisserie Box patisserie made?
Our patisserie is all handcrafted in our purpose-built pastry kitchen in Cheltenham.
What is the best way to cut my large patisserie into portions?
The best way to cut a whole patisserie is when it is partially thawed. Cut the desired portion size with a knife dipped in hot water, then wiped dry before cutting. Clean between each cut.
What is the best way to serve my patisserie?
We recommended serving all our patisserie at room temperature to enjoy all its flavours. If you take it out 10-15 mins before serving this should be ample time.
How secure is my information when I'm ordering?
The Patisserie Box does not store your credit card details.
What will The Patisserie Box do with my information?
Any information that you give to us through this site is kept within the company. Any information gathered is solely used to help us understand our customers and to better direct promotions. Your privacy is important to us. See our privacy policy.

What food allergens are in your products?
Every product has its allergens stated clearly in a table underneath the image of the patisserie in our online store.
Do you use GMO in your patisserie?
NO, no, no!
Does your patisserie contain nuts?
Although many of our products may not contain nuts, they are all made in a kitchen that handles nuts. So are unsuitable for people with a nut allergen.
Why is there a delivery charge on my order?
To ensure our patisserie arrives to you in the correct condition we deliver all our local area inhouse in our temperature control van and have opted to have the rest of the UK delivered by top level service, in a recyclable temperature-controlled boxes. We feel it is not far to hide this cost in our patisserie prices. We a price structure for local deliveries and Uk wide is set at £15.00. All with minimum order £18.00 per delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change it, so please take the time you need to order the correct items to ensure no disappointment.
Can I deliver to different addresses?
You can deliver to only one designated address per order that is stated at the time the order is placed.
Do all your patisserie come in gift boxes?
No, our collection items come in white boxes. There is an option to have them in gift boxes if required. All deliveries come in gift boxes.
Which forms of payment do you accept?

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most areas of the UK mainland.
How long is the lead time before delivery?
All our patisserie is lovingly handcrafted by our talented team, due to this there is a minimum of 72 hour turn round before delivery.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, you can choose which date you would like to have your patisserie delivered. Don’t forget that we don’t deliver on Sundays or Mondays!
What if I do not receive an order confirmation by email?
If it’s not in your spam folder (this can happen from time to time) then please contact us on hello@thepatisseriebox.com
How will my product arrive?
Our patisserie is delivered frozen, they are package in robust boxes. Local deliveries are delivered in our temperature-controlled van. Other Uk deliveries are placed inside a temperature-controlled box with individually ice packs and arrive via express courier service. Depending on your order size, some may have extra bubble wrap inside the temperature-controlled box to make sure the inner boxes do not move in transportation.

Do you consider donation requests?
Please note that The Patisserie Box does not offer cash or food donations, nor does it sponsor events.
Do you consider student enquiries?
Due to volume of requests that we receive, we are sorry that we are unable to give interviews for school projects or answer specific questions which are not addressed on our website.
Do you offer apprenticeships or work experience?
Due to the way our business works we are unable to offer any appreciation or work experience placements.
