Delivery & Collection Information

Tell us the date you want your patisserie delivered and we will get it to you on time and in tip-top condition; be it for a birthday, anniversary or just to treat yourself!

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.

How much does delivery cost?

We are currently only delivering to the Gloucestershire area and cover these postcodes:

£5.00 – GL50, GL51, GL52 and GL53
£7.50 – GL1, GL2, GL3, GL4 and GL20
£20.00 – GL5, GL6, GL7, GL10, GL18, GL19 and GL54

Please get in touch with us with any questions or for deliveries outside of these areas.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, collection is on Fridays, from our unit in Cheltenham between 10am – 3.30pm and there is no charge for this service.

Please note there will be nobody available after 3.30pm for collections unless otherwise pre-arranged via email.

Is there anywhere you don’t deliver to?

Yes, at this time we can only offer local deliveries to the Gloucestershire area.

Do I need to be in when my patisserie delivered?

Make Sure Someone’s There! It is very important that someone is at the address you have specified to sign for the delivery. We are unable to leave the patisserie at the address without obtaining a signature, as perishable goods will not be redelivered but you will still be charged.

How will my patisserie arrive?

Our patisserie is delivered frozen. If you prefer to keep it in the freezer for a later date, that is no problem. It will keep up to 3 months in the freezer, there is a date stamp on the back of the box with the products 3 months freezer shelf life on it.

When you are ready to consume it, you will need to defrost it in the fridge and kept in the fridge. It will keep 4-6 days once defrosted.

What if my patisserie hasn’t arrived on my selected day?

If you are expecting a cake delivery and it hasn’t arrived, please contact hello@thepatisseriebox.com with your order reference number and a member of our team will help
