Classic Coffee opera: Our French Opera is just how it would be in France, with layers of coffee soaked almond sponge, chocolate ganache and our signature coffee butter cream. finished with the shiniest, stickiest chocolate topping, true perfection.
February: Valentine themed patisserie details will be realised of this the month before on our shop page
March: Exotic Mango Mousse: This blend of mango mousse and almond sponge is sweet harmony, taste that will take you to a tropical place
Peach and Lavender: Cut into this light honey mousse to uncover a blend of peach and lavender all settled on a white chocolate biscuit base (please remove plastic pipette before consuming, not edible)
April: Easter themed patisserie details will be realised of this the month before on our shop page
May: Pistachio Opera: A great twist on the French classic opera cake, layers of moist almond sponge, chocolate ganache and our signature pistachio buttercream. Its enough to make you go a bit nutty
Tropical Cheesecake: This fusion of mango & pineapple perfectly accompaniments almond sponge and Madagascan vanilla cheesecake. Finished with our show stunning shiny orange glaze.
June: Raspberry Dome Cheesecake: This stunning dome cheesecake has a hidden tangy raspberry insert on a buttery biscuit base finished with a stunning red velvet chocolate
Chocolate craquant: This one is not just for chocolate lovers with its crunchy praline craquant base topped with an amazing light chocolate mousse, its one not to be missed!
July: Italian Tiramisu: This remarkably light dessert with a mascarpone mousse works delightfully well with the espresso coffee flavour
Vanilla & Raspberry Slice: layered chocolate, vanilla and raspberry dessert. The sharp raspberry flavour cuts through the sweetness of the butter cream to leave you feeling refreshed.
August: Rhubarb & Custard: Smooth vanilla custard encased in a tangy rhubarb mousse sits on a moist vanilla sponge finished with a pink velvet chocolate
Coconut Mousse: We have a definitive blend of coconut & chocolate in this dessert and it would give any bounty a run for its money!
September: Nougat Rocher: Layers of fabulous light chocolate sponge soaked in sea salted caramel, layered with an indulgent nougat mousse encase in milk chocolate nut coating, a must have for any dessert lover
Blackforest Slice: A revamped version of a retro classic, chic chocolate cherry mousse, indulgent morello cherries and cream combo.
October: Lemon Dome Cheesecake: Zesty lemon curd centre in a light velvety cheesecake mousse, nestled on a buttery biscuit base finished with our yellow velvet chocolate

November: Rosewater Opera: For the Turkish delight lovers, another great twist on this French classic, layers of moist almond sponge infused with rosewater, chocolate ganache and our signature rosewater buttercream
Mont Blanc: A classic French dessert a blend of vanilla and chestnut is timeless, simply melts in your mouth sending your tasted buds into spin of pleasure

Delivery & Collection
Tell us the date you want your patisserie delivered and we will get it to you on time and in tip-top condition; be it for a birthday, anniversary or just to treat yourself!
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver on Sundays or Mondays, so make sure you bear this in mind when ordering. However, we do deliver on Saturdays so if you need weekend delivery, it can be done!
All our patisserie is lovingly handcrafted by our talented team, due to this there is a minimum of 72 hour turn round before delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
We are currently offering local deliveries and the cost for this will be calculated at the checkout.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection on Friday’s, from our unit in Cheltenham between 10am – 5pm and there is no charge for this service.
Please note there will be nobody available after 4pm for collections unless otherwise pre-arranged via email.
Is there anywhere you don’t deliver to?
Yes, at this time we can only offer local deliveries to the Gloucestershire area.
Do I need to be in when my patisserie delivered?
Make Sure Someone’s There! It is very important that someone is at the address you have specified to sign for the delivery. We are unable to leave the patisserie at the address without obtaining a signature, as perishable goods will not be redelivered but you will still be charged.
How will my patisserie arrive?
Our patisserie is delivered frozen. If you prefer to keep it in the freezer for a later date, that is no problem. It will keep up to 3 months in the freezer, there is a date stamp on the back of the box with the products 3 months freezer shelf life on it.
When you are ready to consume it, you will need to defrost it in the fridge and kept in the fridge. it will keep 4-6 days once defrosted.
What if my patisserie hasn’t arrived on my selected day?
If you are expecting a cake delivery and it hasn’t arrived, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number and a member of our team will help
Freezing and Defrosting
How will my patisserie arrive?
Our patisserie is delivered frozen, they are package in robust boxes. Local deliveries are delivered in our temperature-controlled van. Other Uk deliveries are placed inside a temperature-controlled box with individually ice packs and arrive via express courier service. Depending on your order size, some may have extra bubble wrap inside the temperature-controlled box to make sure the inner boxes do not move in transportation.
The date stamp on the back label of the inner box is the shelf life given to your product if you defrost it on the day it arrives to you.
If you prefer to keep it in the freezer for a later date, that is no problem as long as it is still frozen. It will keep up to 3 months in the freezer, there is a date stamp on the bottom of the box with the products 3 months freezer shelf life on it.
When you are ready to consume it, you will need to defrost it and keep it in the fridge. It will keep 4-6 days once defrosted in the fridge.
Freezing your patisserie
Your cake can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months depending on which type of freezer you have. It is not suitable to refreeze once it has been fully defrosted.
Defrosting your patisserie
We have packaged your patisserie in bespoke purpose made packaging, so you can simply take it out of the freezer and place it into your fridge to defrost. Individual patisserie will take up to 4 hours to defrost in the fridge and large cake will take minimum of 8 hours or overnight is recommended.
Patisserie must be defrosted in the fridge – do NOT defrost at room temperature.
Do NOT re-freeze after defrosting.
All Products must be kept refrigerated below 4oc and must be consumed within 4 – 6 days once deforested.
To enjoy all our patisserie flavours, we recommend you serve it at room temperature, taking it out of the fridge and its box 10 -15 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
