How do I become a stockiest?

Firstly, check we can deliver to your area. Then its simple, fill out our wholesale contact form and we will be in touch.

How do I set up an account?
Once we have received your contact form, we will check delivery details and then send over all the forms you need to set up your account with us.
How does my patisserie arrive?
We offer 2 different product ranges for our wholesale customers. Counter patisserie that comes in Box size 60cm x 40cm and are ready to place direct into display counters or shelf ready packaged desserts that are perfect for chilled display units/fridges.
Does my patisserie arrive chilled?
Most of our wholesale patisserie is delivered frozen and will required you to chill before sale. Except are range of celebrate dessert that are for resale frozen.
How long will my patisserie last?
When delivered frozen it will keep up to 3 months in the freezer. Once chilled it will keep between 3-6 days in a chilled cabinet below 4oc.
How do I order?
Once we have set up a wholesale account, we will send over an order form of your stock list. All you need to do is email us your order to order@thethepatisseriebox.com before 5pm on Mondays.
How do I know what to stock and make a stock list?
We can help you with this by adding you on our best sellers. We ask customers to create a stock list of products. This helps us organise things our end and makes order to delivery time usually shorter. We ask for one month notice to make changes to this list.
How long will it take from ordering to delivery?
A minimum of 10 days before delivery, but we always strive to deliver ASAP. This is due to all of our patisserie being handcrafted and this does take time.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday – Friday, except on bank holidays.
How often do you deliver?
We deliver weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on your product demand. As we deliver everything frozen our smaller customer usually carry a months’ worth of stock for themselves to avoid any small charge delivery fees.
Who delivers your wholesale?
We have refrigerated vans that we use to do all our wholesale deliveries in house.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver approx. 2-hour radius from cheltenham. We can deliver UK wide but unless you are able to take a big order it usually does not become economical once the delivery charge has been added to your order.
What do you mean big order?
Are van holds approx. 150 60cm x 40cm boxes this is usually what our customers who pay long distance delivery charges take to make it worth their while.
Who needs to be there when you deliver?
We need somebody to be in your store ops to take receipt of your order and sign our paperwork.
Can you provide me with pictures to help promote your patisserie?
Yes, we can.
Do you provide boxes and bags for me to use for your products for customers?
No.
How do I get the products allergens and ingredient lists?
Once we have set up your account and found out the line you would like to stock. We will then send dover all the appropriate information for your records.
Do all your products come with your chocolate plaques?
Yes, all our products are branded with our chocolate plaques. We have had much feed back from our end customers saying they like to see this and shop confidently knowing the quality they are buying our branded products.
Can I have my own chocolate plaques made and put on?
We are unable to put bespoke branding on our wholesale items.
Who makes your patisserie?
We have a purpose-built pastry kitchen, in Cheltenham, where we a talented team handcrafted all our patisserie.
How do I pay you?
Payment is due in 30 days from invoice date by BACS. Except first delivery is payment in advance. Payments are made by BACS direct to our account.
What happens if I am late for payment?
Please let us know ASAP if you think you will need to make a late payment. overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate of 2% above NatWest Bank plc base rate from time to time in force and shall continue to accrue at such rate after as well as before any judgement.
What accreditations do you have?
We are SLASA registered, this means we have passed their yearly audit saying we are producing our patisserie in a safe practise and are able to run our business legally.
